User Data Deletion Request

Your Privacy Rights

At ZyteTech, we respect your privacy and are committed to giving you full control over your personal data. If you’ve used any of our applications, services, or platforms and wish to have your data deleted, we make the process simple and straightforward.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your user data from our systems, please follow these steps:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to: admin@zytetech.com

Include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • The specific application or service you used
  • Any additional account identifiers (username, phone number, etc.)
  • Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”

Option 2: Submit a Request Form

Fill out our data deletion request form by contacting our support team at admin@zytetech.com with “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line.

Option 3: In-App Request

If the application has a built-in data deletion feature, you can navigate to: Settings → Privacy → Delete My Data

What Data Gets Deleted

When you submit a data deletion request, we will permanently remove:

  • Your personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
  • Account credentials and authentication data
  • Profile information and preferences
  • User-generated content (posts, comments, uploads)
  • Activity logs and usage history
  • Communication records
  • Any other personally identifiable information

Data We May Retain

For legal, security, and business purposes, we may retain certain information for a limited time:

  • Transaction records (required for financial compliance and tax purposes)
  • Data necessary to comply with legal obligations
  • Information needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you personally
  • Backup copies for up to 90 days (after which they are permanently deleted)

Processing Timeline

  • Acknowledgment: We’ll confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours
  • Verification: We may ask for additional information to verify your identity (2-3 business days)
  • Deletion: Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of verification
  • Confirmation: You’ll receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete

Important Notes

Cannot Be Undone: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Once deleted, you will lose access to your account and all associated data.

Account Reactivation: If you wish to use our services again after deletion, you’ll need to create a new account from scratch.

Third-Party Services: If you’ve connected third-party services (like Facebook, Google, etc.) to your account, you may need to revoke access separately through those platforms.

Active Subscriptions: Please cancel any active subscriptions or services before requesting data deletion to avoid billing issues.

Meta/Facebook App Users

If you accessed our services through a Facebook or Instagram app integration:

  1. You can request data deletion directly through this page
  2. Visit Facebook’s “Apps and Websites” settings and remove our app
  3. Email us at admin@zytetech.com with your Facebook User ID for complete removal
